These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store.
Our online store is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or independent professional activity.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade, business or independent professional activity.

The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
You may initially place products in your shopping cart without obligation. Before submitting your binding order, you may review and correct your entries at any time using the correction options provided during the checkout process.
By clicking the button that completes the order and indicates that the order is subject to payment, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products contained in your shopping cart.
After submitting your order, you will immediately receive an email confirming receipt of your order.
The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation by email or by dispatching the ordered goods, whichever occurs first.

The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are:

We store the contract text and provide you with your order details and these General Terms and Conditions in text form.
For security reasons, the complete contract text is not otherwise made accessible via the Internet after conclusion of the contract.
4. Delivery
4.1 Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free for orders with a total value of **€50 or more, including VAT where applicable**.
Any applicable shipping costs for orders below this amount or for particular destinations will be displayed during the checkout process before you place your order.
4.2 Delivery Options
We deliver the products to the delivery address provided during the checkout process.
Orders are delivered by shipping only. Collection of orders in person is not available.
We do not deliver to DHL Packstations.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our online store. The payment methods actually available to you may depend on your country, device and checkout configuration and will be displayed during checkout.
Credit and Debit Cards
We accept supported credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
You enter your card details during the checkout process. Payments are processed through Shopify Payments.
The payment transaction is initiated after your order has been submitted in accordance with the conditions applicable to the selected payment method.
Apple Pay / Google Pay
To use Apple Pay or Google Pay, the relevant payment service must be set up on your compatible device and a valid payment method must be stored with the service.
When you confirm the payment during checkout, the payment transaction is initiated using the payment method stored with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
PayPal / PayPal Express
Payments via PayPal are processed by:

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer conciliation body.
